The Role
Responsible for handling overall administrative functions of the organization
● Responsible to manage overall administrative activities for the organization to be able to use the
resources effectively
● Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers
● Manage Budget and asset management which includes preparing annual budgets, monitoring,
and controlling expenses, checking and approving invoices.
● Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to
budgetary constraints


Requirements
● Minimum 5 years of working experience in office administration field
● Bachelor’s Degree is a must or qualifications in Business Administrations are highly preferred
● Strong command of written and verbal English
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
