Ensuring the office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results
Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in administrative field
A bachelor’s Degree is a must and other qualification in administration will be highly preferred
Strong command of English is required
An outgoing person with excellent interpersonal skill and time management skill
5 working days, yearly performance bonus + telephone + other allowances
