The Role

Ensuring the office operations run smoothly and efficiently

  • Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
  • Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in administrative field
  • A bachelor’s Degree is a must and other qualification in administration will be highly preferred
  • Strong command of English is required
  • An outgoing person with excellent interpersonal skill and time management skill
