Ensuring the office operations run smoothly and efficiently
- Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in administrative field
- A bachelor’s Degree is a must and other qualification in administration will be highly preferred
- Strong command of English is required
- An outgoing person with excellent interpersonal skill and time management skill
