The Role

Responsible to provide administrative support for the office.

  • Support team with translation or the creation of various documents such as meeting minutes, reports and, procedures.
  • Manage administration activities through the efficient handling of communications, information, office management and interpretation/translation services
  • Handle all the projects by providing high quality interpretation/translation services in meetings, workshops, conferences
  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in administrative field
  • A bachelor’s degree is a must and other related qualifications will be preferred
  • Strong command of Business English is a must
  • Must have team working spirit and willing to service to others
