Manages requirements planning for agent developments and dealer management
Up to 3,000,000 MMK plus other benefit packages

The Role
Responsible for developing effective workflow and procedure in high standards and professional service
Developing financial objectives, sales forecasts and business plan
Searching new dealers/vendors and maintaining relationship with current ones
Managing agency sales/dealer sales activity plan and manage the budget
Evaluating and managing possible risks
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of sales and distribution management experiences in Telecom or Fin-tech industries
Bachelor’s degree is a must and other related qualifications are preferred
Business English is a must
Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationship with agents, vendors and distributors
