Agency Manager at an International Remittance Company in Yangon

  • Manages requirements planning for agent developments and dealer management

  • Up to 3,000,000 MMK plus other benefit packages

About the Company

Our client is one of the international remittance companies with an extensive international business network in various Asian countries.

The Role

  • Responsible for developing effective workflow and procedure in high standards and professional service

  • Developing financial objectives, sales forecasts and business plan

  • Searching new dealers/vendors and maintaining relationship with current ones

  • Managing agency sales/dealer sales activity plan and manage the budget

  • Evaluating and managing possible risks

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales and distribution management experiences in Telecom or Fin-tech industries

  • Bachelor’s degree is a must and other related qualifications are preferred

  • Business English is a must

  • Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationship with agents, vendors and distributors
