The Role
To explain the Yangon users' requirements to T24 / FCM teams Singapore and track the supporting progress of T24/FCM teams to meet users’ requirements
Understand SQL query syntax to extract the data from local data management system Database
To provide the ad‐hoc request data from Yangon Dept users’, Auditors
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related fields with at least 3 years of banking IT Application functional support experience
Good Experience and working knowledge of Core Banking Temenos T24/FCM Functional Support
Solid working experience in banking software products such as (Deposit, loan, FX, SWIFT)
Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
Good Interpersonal and communication skills to deal effectively work in partnership with colleagues
Willing to take on new tasks and initiatives to contribute towards continuous improvement
Fluent, written and good communication skills in English
