The Role
Responsible for overseeing the whole sales operations and targets of the company in a particular geographical area
Prepare sales actions plan, targets and sales performance reports and review the sales activities against these criteria
Work closely with sales team to achieve overall business objectives and sales target
Maintaining and increasing sales of the company’s products
Reaching the targets and goals set for the assigned area
Recruiting and training sales staff and allocating areas to sales representatives and agents
Requirements
At least 3 to 5 years working experiences with Sales & Distribution functions in Banks, Insurance, Telecom or Mobile Money industries
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Commerce, Banking
Basic knowledge of Banking and insurance will be added as a value
Business English is a must
