Description

  • Lead concept development, visual storytelling, and design execution for integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, social, experiential)

  • Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, account teams, and external partners to bring ideas to life

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to keep creative output fresh and relevant

  • Supervise photo shoots, video productions, and artwork development when needed

Requirements

  • At least 12 years of experience in a related industry and at least 5 years of experience in a management level

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantageous

  • Business English is a must

  • Ability to lead and inspire design teams while collaborating with copywriters, strategists, and account managers
