Manage general accounting processes to maintain and update accounting records and prepare regular reports for internal and authorities

Description

  • Assist in finding the root cause for Audit enquiry (Internal and Group)

  • Checking the delinquency status in AFS

  • Prepared the monthly FRD report

  • Checking the monthly bank reconciliation

  • Bank Reconciliation Monthly

  • Calculation of Trade debtor, Interest receivable balance by monthly

  • Calculate the quarterly surplus/deficit income

  • Upload the bad debt write off data to AFS

  • Involve in compulsory saving uploading and checking process.

  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Manager

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance or in another related field. ACCA holders are more prefered.

  • Working experience of at least 8 years in an accounting operation and financial reporting field.

  • Organizational and communication skills

  • Intermediate English-communication skill

  • MS Office (Especially Excel computation)

  • Must have knowledge of SAP
