Job Description

Assistant Admin Manager at a Leading International Bank in Yangon  

  • Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department

  • Up to 1,500,000 MMK plus health insurance

The Role

  • Handle the overall Admin functions in an efficient manner

  • Manage and oversee documents for a particular project or for an entire organization

  • Manage the processes around documentation within the organisation

  • Collect, organize, and store information using computers and filing systems

  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of the agreement

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Admin

  • Applicants from financial institutions will be a plus

  • A bachelor’s degree is a must and other qualifications in Business or related backgrounds are highly preferred

  • Business English is a must. Candidates with Japanese N3, N4 will be an advantage

  • Strong understanding in Labour law and other HR related knowledge
