Assistant HR Manager at a Local Group of Companies in Yangon
Reporting to HR Manager and supporting in HR responsibilities of the company
Up to 1,200,000 MMK

The Role
Support and handle the full functions of HR
Handle full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, benefits and compensation, employee relations
Offer HR advice and support to line managers and employees, explain procedures and policies in a timely effective manner
Develop and manage the company's culture and resolve issues between management and employee
Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of working experience in HR field
A Bachelor’s degree is a must, and other qualifications in Business Administration or HR holders are preferred.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are required
Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
