Assistant HR Manager at a Successful Distribution Company in Yangon

The Role
Responsible for overseeing general HR management such as recruitment & selection, learning & development and ensuring compliance with regulations, and developing compensation plans

Description
Establish and implement short and long-term HR objectives to support the company’s overall goals
Manage employee records and benefits, including payroll, health insurance, and retirement plans
Review, propose and administer policies and initiatives such as annual salary review, performance bonus, performance appraisal, promotion and job evaluation
Conduct training seminars for employees about company policies, procedures, and best practices for their positions
Assist the Manager with employment actions, including discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy
Conduct or assist the manager with performance management
Prepare job descriptions, post openings, and interview candidates for positions within the company
Directly report to MD
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in the HR generalist filed
Age between 35 to 40
Must have an HR diploma
Good knowledge of employment labour laws, employee relations and general human resources policies & procedures
Proficient in English (4 Skills)
Must be able to travel
Computer literate in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email
