Job Description

​Assistant HR Manager at a Successful Distribution Company in Yangon

  • Maintaining employee morale by fostering a positive working environment through effective leadership as well as managing employee records and benefits

The Role

Responsible for overseeing general HR management such as recruitment & selection, learning & development and ensuring compliance with regulations, and developing compensation plans

About the Company

Our client is a distribution company which is distributes pharmaceutical products to the whole Myanmar

Description

  • Establish and implement short and long-term HR objectives to support the company’s overall goals

  • Manage employee records and benefits, including payroll, health insurance, and retirement plans

  • Review, propose and administer policies and initiatives such as annual salary review, performance bonus, performance appraisal, promotion and job evaluation

  • Conduct training seminars for employees about company policies, procedures, and best practices for their positions

  • Assist the Manager with employment actions, including discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy

  • Conduct or assist the manager with performance management

  • Prepare job descriptions, post openings, and interview candidates for positions within the company

  • Directly report to MD

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in the HR generalist filed

  • Age between 35 to 40

  • Must have an HR diploma

  • Good knowledge of employment labour laws, employee relations and general human resources policies & procedures

  • Proficient in English (4 Skills)

  • Must be able to travel

  • Computer literate in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email
