Assistant Key Account Manager at an International Telecom Infrastructure Company in Yangon
Responsible for Key Account management (technical support, customer service, maintain and generate revenue from existing big customers)
Up to 2,000,000 MMK plus Phone allowance, Health insurance, Annual bonus (variable)
The Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking care of existing key accounts to make sure the good relationship with them, supporting technical solutions and handling complaints and cases
About the Company
Our client is one of the biggest Telecom infrastructure companies based in South East Asia. Already set up in Myanmar for about 7 years and has branch office in Mandalay. Their key clients are Telecom operators of MPT, Atom, Ooredoo, etc.
Description
Build up relationship and maintain key customers at all levels in terms of CRM and Customer Retainment system
Plan, prepare and meeting up with key clients regularly to maintain the relationship
Advising and supporting key clients to make sure the customers’ needs in terms of technical support
Working closely with cross functional departments of Accounting team to support strategies, sales plans, & business plans
Perform as a main person to help solving the Key clients’ need and to report to Operations, Technical team according to the issues
Report to Director of Marketing (Key Account department), an individual role
Requirements
Minimum 3 - 4 years of working experience within Telecom Operators and service providers (Infrastructure, VAS service, ISP, etc.) and can consider service industries as well (E.g.; Hotels, M&E service, Construction, Elevator and Lift, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree holder in Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, can consider related technical degree as well
Mandatory Advanced English
Skill: Presentation skills, Service acumen, someone who understands After sales process, Contract terms
