Description
Understanding and contributing to the region's annual therapy/ brand plan
Conceptualizing/driving campaigns, communication & ensure the execution of assigned brands
Ensure execution through monthly preparation of the promotion program with detailing guidelines. Timely delivery of inputs
Product training & briefing strategy & tactical plan to sales executives. Improve product knowledge of sales executives on the product, competitor, or therapeutic areas
Collect field insights, and opportunity areas & gain market intelligence with regular customer connect, and local strategy proposals based on key insights
Analyzing the market research & sales trend reviews while effectively utilizing market intelligence tools (internal sales, import)
Identify new products in the respective therapy areas
Requirements
B.Pharma / B.NSc
Additional MBA (Marketing) or Management Degree will be an advantage
Minimum 4 – 5 years of working experience in pharmaceutical marketing/ product
Experience in cardio, gastro, and AL therapy areas will be advantageous
Computer literacy
Excellent English Communication and writing skills
