Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager at an International Chemicals Distribution Company in Yangon
Responsible for Technical Sales, Business Development, Supplier Management, Industrial Sales, & Team management
Up to 1,800,000 MMK plus other benefits and allowances
The Role
The ideal talent will be responsible for selling raw chemicals / raw ingredients of both Food and Personal Care / Home Care ingredients across industrial customers in Myanmar. The individual may fall under people management across the Food and Pc/Hc Sales team, reporting directly to the Local Business Director and Regional Office in Bangkok

Description
Serve customers in assigned areas, reporting changes to superiors and responding to customer demands
Propose product prices based on approved cost structure and liaise with international partners
Analyze market information and competitors, contribute to decision-making for customer relationships
Create comprehensive marketing plans, assign tasks to the sales team, and resolve team-related issues
Generate and present reports on marketing progress, sales, and estimated future sales volume
Develop the sales team's skills and knowledge, evaluate sales officers, and attend skill-enhancing seminars
Requirements
Minimum 5 to 8 years of working experience in related fields. Preferably from a Chemical Sales industry background
B.Sc. (Chemistry or IC) or B.E (Chemical) degree holder
Mandatory Business English level
Unique requirement: Interpersonal skills, Technical knowledge of Chemical raw ingredients across Food and Personal Care / Home Care products
