Assistant Sales Manager at a Successful Construction Materials Manufacturing Company in Yangon
Responsible for new business development, Project Sales, Interior decoration project and dealer development
Up to 1,000,000 MMK plus sales commission
The Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for team management, initiating sales through dealer and interior decoration project sales by dealing with contractors in Myanmar. Additionally, the role will be responsible to lead the sales team. Report to Sales Manager

Our client is a local Construction Materials manufacturing and trading company in Yangon. They have been manufacturing steel-based household and furniture products and distributing imports items of Flooring, Ceiling, Roofing products
Description
Forecast, analyze and lead the prospecting leads, developing relationships with existing and new customers accounts to ensure the sales growth in the pipeline
Meeting, presenting, product designs and communicating with designated customers, by fulfilling customer requirements, specification to meet the sales target
Develop, maintain, extend customers through dealer channel and project channel to extend the Furniture market
Team management role, reporting to Sales Manager
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of sales experience within Construction Materials, or Furniture industry
Bachelor’s degree holder
Intermediate English is mandatory
Skills: Interpersonal skills, Presentation skills, People oriented
