Description

  • Manage and oversee the Express service business, catering to both local and international customers

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and expand the customer base

  • Take charge of hiring and recruiting a skilled sales team to support business growth

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a high-performance and results-driven culture

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities

  • Ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service, while maintaining strong relationships with clients

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in Express service Sales.

  • Bachelor's Degree holder

  • Mandatory Business English speaker

  • Unique skills: Interpersonal skills, Presentation skills, and sales-hunting mindset
