Ensuring the smooth operation of school events through the management of audio systems, document production, AV and IT Support

About the Company
Our client is one of the Top - Tier Benchmark Schools in Myanmar
The Role
Set up and manage sound systems and all AV equipment for school assemblies, events, and presentations
Ensure all audiovisual equipment is in working order and provide technical support during events
Assist in the planning, set up, and execution of school events, providing necessary audiovisual and logistical support to ensure their success
Perform regular maintenance of audiovisual and printing equipment, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and liaise with external vendors for repairs as needed
IT and Office Supply Management: Oversee the inventory, ordering, and delivery of supplies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
Minimum 2-4 years of work experience in similar role
Solid foundation in sound setup and operations, experience with office equipment management, and IT support skills
Good experience in Proficiency in set up and troubleshooting audiovisual (especially sound) systems is required
Experience with maintaining and repairing office machinery (printers, copiers, etc.) is a plus
Excellent communication skills in English is a must
