The Role
The ideal talent will be taking charge of our Engine Oil, Lubricant, and Spare Parts offerings for the Automotive sector. You will be the driving force behind cultivating relationships with top Automotive Workshops, Showrooms, Service Stations, and Centers. As the B2B Sales Manager, you will have the autonomy to lead your role and will report directly to the Executive Director. This is a unique opportunity for an individual who is eager to make a significant impact in the industry

Description
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the overall business objectives of the company
Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, to create and execute sales campaigns that generate leads and drive sales
Manage the sales process, from lead generation to close, to ensure that opportunities are maximized, and sales targets are met
Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing excellent customer service and support
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions, and adjust sales strategies accordingly
Monitor and analyse sales data to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant information to senior management
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
5 years plus of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong knowledge of the engine oil and lubricant distribution industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a sales team to success
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time-management and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
