Brand Manager at a Leading Global Construction Chemicals Company in Yangon
Responsible for Brand management, Market intelligence, Branded shop planning, & Campaign marketing
Up to 3,000,000 MMK (Gross Salary) plus Other Benefits and Allowance
The Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for branding of activation, visibility, categories development, and more of a 360 marketing degrees and extensive travelling to branded shops to promote brand, creating new branded shops. Someone who can work independently and can travel extensively to branded shops with an understanding of mass-marketing brand concepts
About the Company
Our client is an international construction chemicals company globally and has been in Myanmar for about 5 years, providing paint products and well known in the market
Description
Travelling across regions to the assigned areas for branded shops to develop, upgrade and extend the branded shops of retail and dealer sites
Responsible for initiate and plan product launches, campaign and creative innovations by analyzing the market (Customer insights, Competitor analysis)
Working closely with cross functional teams to develop and implement pricing and product management strategies to make sure the branding coverage in the assign region
Responsible for branding and market segmentation, developing categories by the instructions from regional marketing team
Develop strategies of category innovation, identifying consumer insights, product marketing materials
An independent role, managing agency for assigned campaigns and reporting to Marketing Manager
Requirements
Minimum 5 - 7 years of brand management experience within FMCG, F&B or industries that target to mass consumer market
Bachelor’s Degree holder, prefer marketing related Degrees
Mandatory business English
Special requirement: Extensive travelling, independent marketer, interpersonal and presentation skills
