Business Development and Key Account Manager at an International Insurance Broker Company in Yangon
Responsible for handling the most important sales and active client accounts in the organization and maintain a strong relationship with them
Up to 2,500,000 MMK plus other allowances
The Role
Great Opportunity for a motivated and well-experienced Business Development and Key Account role primarily bring in new business from existing clients or contacts and will possess a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the insurance market, and a proven track record in business development and account management

Description
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively engaging with potential clients, conducting market research, and developing targeted strategies to expand the company's customer base
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring their satisfaction
Collaborate with internal management teams to deliver customized solutions that meet clients' needs and foster long-term partnerships
Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans aligned with the company's objectives
Identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities to drive growth and maintain a competitive edge
Report to Business Development Director and working independently
Requirements
At least 3 or 5 years of proven experience in Business Development or Key Account Manager preferably within the Insurance Sectors
Proven track record of successfully driving sales growth and building and managing key accounts
Strong knowledge of medical and life insurance products, services, and industry trends
Bachelor’s degree is a must or A Degree in Management, Marketing, Communication, or a similar field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with clients
Native Burmese with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
