The ideal talent will be responsible for developing a sales pipeline and assigned by management to handle Domain Email server sales targeted to Corporate and Enterprise customers

Description

  • Familiarize yourself with the company's products and services to effectively represent them

  • Acquire new clients through various channels, including direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing team

  • Network and engage in activities to research and connect with potential clients, while maintaining relationships with existing clients

  • Suggest upgrades or additional products and services cater to client interests, craft business proposals, and negotiate favorable terms

  • Develop a strategic plan for business growth and financial gain, focusing on customer satisfaction

  • Identify new markets and customer needs, promoting company products and services aligned with client's objectives

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably from Software / IT Solutions / Domain Service sales background

  • Any bachelor’s degree holder, preferably from a Computer Science education background

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, crucial for addressing client needs and providing recommendations

  • Effective communication skills to ensure clear direction and understanding among customers and team members
