A team player, a trailblazer, with experience in developing the product market, and a challenge seeker with a passion for developing the Physiotherapy and cardiology market

Description

  • Responsible for the sales results achieved against the targets

  • The BD Manager must have a strong knowledge of the market related to medical capital products

  • A sales-orientated person, interested in the sales process and able to perform as well

  • Must have experience in Planning, Executing, and Controlling to achieve sales growth of the company year by year

  • Introduce new products, develop, and acquire market shares

  • To maintain and balance the sales of all product portfolios

  • Strategize how to achieve sales in both Public and Private markets

  • Create a good team working environment to nurture a self-motivated team

  • Directly report to the Country Manager

  • Need to travel as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree holder

  • At least 3 years of working experience in sales or business development function and came from Physiotherapy & Cardiology Industry

  • Experience working in an international organization

  • Strong leadership and influencing skills for both internal and external engagement

  • Strong customer service mindset, result-oriented, enthusiastic, motivated, and confident

  • Good analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to tolerate work pressure and stress
