Description
Responsible for the sales results achieved against the targets
The BD Manager must have a strong knowledge of the market related to medical capital products
A sales-orientated person, interested in the sales process and able to perform as well
Must have experience in Planning, Executing, and Controlling to achieve sales growth of the company year by year
Introduce new products, develop, and acquire market shares
To maintain and balance the sales of all product portfolios
Strategize how to achieve sales in both Public and Private markets
Create a good team working environment to nurture a self-motivated team
Directly report to the Country Manager
Need to travel as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree holder
At least 3 years of working experience in sales or business development function and came from Physiotherapy & Cardiology Industry
Experience working in an international organization
Strong leadership and influencing skills for both internal and external engagement
Strong customer service mindset, result-oriented, enthusiastic, motivated, and confident
Good analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to tolerate work pressure and stress
