​Business Development Manager at a Growing Medical Equipment/ Devices Distribution Company in Yangon

  • Responsible for driving new business development, management KOLs, overseeing tender management

The Role

The ideal talent will be responsible for driving new business development, managing key opinion leaders (KOLs), penetrating the market, and overseeing tender chasing and tender management for government and private tenders

Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build a strong pipeline of potential clients, and develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion

  • Establish and maintain relationships with influential medical professionals and KOLs, ensuring their engagement and support for the company's products and services

  • Develop and implement market penetration strategies to increase market share, raise brand awareness, and position the company as a trusted and preferred provider of medical equipment/ devices

  • Actively participate in tender processes, both in government and private sectors, ensuring timely submission of bids, compliance with requirements, and effective management of tender-related activities

  • Lead and manage a team of up to 10 staff members, providing guidance, coaching, and support. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, ensuring the team's alignment with business goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the medical equipment/devices industry

  • Bachelor’s degree holder

  • Mandatory Intermediate English

  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to effectively manage a team and inspire high performance
