The Role
The ideal talent will be responsible for managing import operations, handling supplier relationships, and ensuring excellent client services to our existing network of steel wholesalers. This role does not involve direct sales activities but focuses on operational excellence and client satisfaction

Description
Import Operations Management: Oversee the end-to-end import operations, including coordinating with suppliers, managing shipping and logistics processes, and ensuring timely delivery of steel products
Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with global steel suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply chain to meet client demands
Client Services: Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing steel wholesalers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services
Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify potential business opportunities and support decision-making processes
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and optimize import and operational processes, implementing best practices, and ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of the business
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the steel trading industry
Bachelor’s degree holder
Mandatory Business English level
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships for successful business outcomes
