Business Development Manager at a Leading MNC Vegetable Seeds Company in Yangon

  • Responsible to develop and lead the seed B2C model business in Myanmar

  • Up to 4,500,000 MMK + Competitive Bonus

My Client is global leader in seed business that combines the most advanced techniques in conventional plant breeding with biotechnology to deliver world - class seed.

The Role

  • Drive the vegetable seeds and field crops with B2C model in the Myanmar Market

  • To initiate market research of VC & FC Crops in Myanmar & understand the customer base thoroughly

  • Increase customer base in the regions through various and efficient marketing activities

  • Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions

  • Deployment of distributors & retailers in the rural markets where necessary

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of sales & marketing experience within Agriculture Industry

  • Hands on sales experience in seed industry in mandatory

  • Experience in establishing new B2C operation Sales and Marketing would be preferred

  • Experience with the registration process for field crop and vegetable to plan for product registration and to build up the product portfolio for commercial purposes
