Business Development Manager at a Successful Building Materials and Electrical Products Supplier Company in Yangon
Responsible for Business Development, Project hunting, Specifier Sales, Technical Sales
Up to 2,500,000 MMK plus other benefits and allowances
The Role
The ideal talent will be responsible for generating sales through specifier projects (Architectural, Interior Decoration), working closely with the project management team during the planning, budgeting, estimation, and fabrication stage. Tracking Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals. Independent role and report to CEO

Our client is one of the successful Building Materials fabricating businesses in Yangon. They provide a customized designs for interior decoration products including Windows, Doors, Façade, etc.
Description
Develop new business opportunities by building a strong project pipeline in the façade and construction segment
Actively manage and develop relationships with real estate developers, architects, façade consultants, main contractors, and façade contractors maintain a very strong network for Company
Meet up with clients (specifiers and partners) to define and clarify specific requirements of each project
Drive commercial and residential projects from an early concept design stage through specification work with architects, façade consultants, and developers
Actively contribute to revenue with targeting the right projects at the right time, with the most suitable customers
Take leadership from budgeting to delivering projects successfully with internal and external stakeholders
Deliver on revenue targets by securing new projects independently
Proactively push projects forward in the best interest of the client and clearly define scope and responsibilities in projects
Request and deliver necessary project details ( drawings, project schedules, contacts etc for effective estimation and value engineering during the design process)
Participate in internal and external project meetings in person or via video conference as frequent as necessary
Requirements
Minimum 3 to 5 years of Project Sales experience across the Building Materials industry
Bachelor’s degree holder in Civil Engineering or related technical education background
Mandatory Business English
Proficient in Estimation Software, AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
