The Role

Our client, a prominent Internet Service Provider (ISP) company in Myanmar, is seeking a Business Development Manager for their operations in Yangon. With a strong presence in Mandalay and other regions, the company is a key player in the fiber internet market, connecting end users through strategic partnerships and a robust distribution network

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, including major ISPs. Build and nurture relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention

  • Collaborate with Telco Tower companies, understanding their requirements, and identifying opportunities for strategic partnerships. Work towards mutually beneficial agreements to enhance our network reach

  • Proactively identify and pursue upselling opportunities within existing accounts. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue streams from our current client base

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and market developments. Provide insights to the management team for informed decision-making and strategic planning

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of services and address client needs effectively


  • Minimum 4 years of working experience with a solid background in the service industry, especially within the telecommunications sector

  • Previous experience in a key account management role within the Telco industry is highly desirable. Familiarity with the dynamics of the ISP market is a plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for effective client interactions and collaboration with international partners


Basic salary plus Phone allowance, Car allowance, and Annual bonus
