The Role

Great Opportunity for a motivated and well-experienced Business Development Manager who will primarily bring in new business from existing clients or contacts and develop new relationship with potential clients

Description

  • Achieve a long-term success by maintaining the customer

  • Develop a solid relationship between major key clients and company

  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

  • Manage key account changes and improvements

  • Check communications between key clients and internal team

  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner

Requirements

  • At least 2 or 4 years of proven experience in Business Development or Key Account Manager in Insurance Sectors

  • Bachelor’s degree or a degree in Management, Marketing, Communication, or similar fields is a must

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships

  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills

  • Native Burmese with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
