Description
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to penetrate new markets and acquire new customers
Conduct market research to identify potential segments and opportunities, and design targeted campaigns to promote the company's products and services
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention
Understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and act as a trusted advisor to foster long-term partnerships
Requirements
At least 3 or 5 years of proven experience in Business Development Manager preferably within the Banking or Microfinance Sectors
Proven track record of successfully driving sales growth and building and managing key accounts
Bachelor’s degree is a must or A Degree in Management, Marketing, Communication, or a similar field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with clients
Native Burmese with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
