About the Company
Our client is one of the growing financial services companies in Yangon.
Responsible for salary administration and analyse compensation surveys.
- Assist in implementing compensation and benefits policies within organization
- Support in implementing compensations & benefits programs based on employees’ performances
- Processes company's payroll every pay period
- Develop salary proposal and report to HR Manager for successful candidates based on the market data and prepare for the Offer letters.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field.
- A bachelor’s degree Holder is required, and other equivalent professional qualifications are highly preferred
- Must be proficient in both verbal and written English
- A diligent person with strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
Up to 3 months performance bonus + telephone + transportation allowances
