About the Company

Our client is one of the growing financial services companies in Yangon.

The Role

Responsible for salary administration and analyse compensation surveys.

  • Assist in implementing compensation and benefits policies within organization
  • Support in implementing compensations & benefits programs based on employees’ performances
  • Processes company's payroll every pay period
  • Develop salary proposal and report to HR Manager for successful candidates based on the market data and prepare for the Offer letters.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field.
  • A bachelor’s degree Holder is required, and other equivalent professional qualifications are highly preferred
  • Must be proficient in both verbal and written English
  • A diligent person with strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
