Up to 600,000 MMK plus other allowances & benefits.
Manage the payroll calculation process, including salary structure development, job evaluations, and annual salary reviews.

Collaborate with Payroll team to develop compensation and benefits function.
Design and administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
Updated on relevant Labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to compensation and benefits.
Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, bonus, and commission calculations.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles, market trends, and best practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Familiarity with Myanmar labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
Effective communication skills to interact with employees, management, and external vendors.
Fluency in both written and spoken English is required.
