Manage the payroll calculation process, including salary structure development, job evaluations, and annual salary reviews.

Description

  • Collaborate with Payroll team to develop compensation and benefits function.

  • Design and administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.

  • Updated on relevant Labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to compensation and benefits.

  • Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, bonus, and commission calculations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles, market trends, and best practices.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

  • Familiarity with Myanmar labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.

  • Effective communication skills to interact with employees, management, and external vendors.

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English is required.
