Aware of all product information and give product training to call centre staff
Check the ordering process and manage staff not to miss out of any orders
Report to CEO and manage up to 20 staff
At least 3 years of experience in Telecommunications industry
Bachelor’s degree holder and other relates qualifications will be advantaged
Intermediate English is a must
Strong in customer service and communications skills
Basic salary and other allowances
