- Aware of all product information and give product training to call centre staff.
- Check the ordering process and manage staff not to miss out of any orders.
- Report to CEO and manage up to 20 staff.
- At least 3 years of experience in Telecommunications industry.
- Bachelor’s degree holder and other relates qualifications will be advantaged.
- Intermediate English is a must
- Strong in customer service and communications skills
