​Chief Business Officer (Expatriate) at a Well-known Local Financial Services Company in Yangon

  • Responsible for formulating, implementing, and supervising the overall administration and operations of the company with guidelines and in accordance with Institutional policies, rules, and regulations of Myanmar

  • Up to $7,000 + Accommodation + Transportation Allowances

Our client is a well-known local Financial Services company which is providing the innovative and fast financial solutions to our customers, utilizing the skills and create the excellent value for new and existing clients in Myanmar.

Description

  • Ensure the procedures and controls are adequate to protect the interests of the organization and its customer

  • Develop the vision for the future of the organization and needs of shareholders, customers, and staff

  • Identify objectives and milestones for the short, medium, and long term

  • Achieve the strategic deliverables including financial targets which is set by the Board and promote company operations establishing it

  • Support the sales team in achieving income and costs within the budget approved by the Management team and BOD

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 to 15 years of working experience in Executive Management position with a proven record of success in financial sectors such as Banking or Microfinance or Fintech or Digital Banking industry

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Statistics are preferred major fields

  • Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills with the ability to communicate and manage staff all levels

  • Excellent solid knowledge in Numeracy, Risk Management, Negotiation, Compliance functions

  • Good command in both written and oral in English
