Our client is a domestic financial services company committed to financial excellence and innovation, offering a supportive environment for financial leaders to shape the bank's financial strategy, drive profitability, and contribute to the bank's continued growth in the industry.


  • Develop and implement the bank's financial strategy, aligning it with the institution's goals and overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

  • Ensure the bank's financial operations adhere to regulatory standards, accounting principles, and internal policies, maintaining a strong control environment.

  • and mitigate financial risks, providing insights and recommendations to safeguard the bank's financial health.

  • Lead and mentor a team of financial professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment, while ensuring financial objectives are met.

  • Monitor business performance with tracking tools, establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports for earnings calls, management team, and rest of company.

  • Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including regulators, auditors and investors.


  • At least 7 to 10 years of working experience and knowledge in Financial Leadership role especially in financial services sector such as Banking, Microfinance, and other related sectors.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or ACCA or CPA preferred.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading financial teams and driving strategic financial initiatives.

  • Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance

  • Native Burmese with a good command in both oral and written knowledge of English
