This position is directly responsible for leading managers of the division and indirectly responsible for all employees within the division
Up to 10,000,000 MMK plus attractive benefit package
The CHRO provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team, shareholders and the board of directors.

Responsible to design HR policies, budgets and manage internal HR systems
Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the company's mission and strategic vision
Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives
Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business unit or specialty group regarding key organizational and management issues
Lead HR transformation programmes to improve the workforce, HR technology and operational excellence
Minimum 10 years of working experience and at least 5 years in management level
A bachelor’s degree is a must and MBA or other professional HR qualifications will be a plus
Strong command of English is a must
A team leader with excellent managerial and organizing skills
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
