Job Description

​Clinic Manager at a Leading International Standard Growing Healthcare Service Provider Company in Yangon

  • Responsible to manage the overall operational process and commercial activities of the clinic

  • Up to 2,500,000 MMK

The Role

This is an ideal role for an individual who has strong hands-on experience in managing clinic operations and experience working at the department head level or assistant department head level who experience overseeing overall operational matters of the clinic and clinic set up and organization structure set up experience would be highly appreciated

Description

  • Responsible to act as a regulatory body and decision-maker of the clinic’s administrative and human power management

  • Manage the hiring and training of new staff

  • Hold staff meetings and execute training programs for all employees

  • Monitor the staff’s performance and supervise daily operations of a clinic such as handling, billing, and coding for patients, follow-up appointments, and claims the charges

  • Coordinate with leaders from each department to ensure that each patient receives the best care and treatment

  • Coordinate the finance, clinical, and customer service teams to vitalize the payment mechanism and billing of the services

  • Communicate and coordinate and serve as a liaison with senior management, staff, patient, attendants, and vendors

  • Oversee the progress of the clinic and report to the senior management

  • Develop, amend, and implement new and old policies, rules, and regulations of the clinic to improve patient and staff experience, safety and satisfaction, and service performance

  • Ensure compliance with various government policies and legal regulations

  • Ensure the security and safety of healthcare records and other facility data

  • Define the operational strategies: delegate the task and assignment for each department to improve operational efficiency, increase revenues, and dispense the best patient care

  • Oversee the clinic’s financial operations to make sure that costs are kept in line with revenue

  • Set the pricing for the services based on the operation cost

  • Oversee and manage the infrastructure

  • Create a safe and favorable environment for the staff and patients

  • Develop and implement programs to promote healthy behaviors among patients

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in a clinical or healthcare setting

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, health services administration, or similar

  • Proven success in leadership roles is required

  • Analytical thinking skills

  • Excellence in English Communication Skills
