The Role
Responsible for building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders such as government officials and media representatives to develop innovative business prospects

Descriptions
Systematically organise decision-making processes of corporate governing bodies and assure timely staff participation in these processes. Communication of decisions and followup actions towards the Management Team and relevant units in the organization
Organises governance processes, coordinate coherent policy and internal audit, and is responsible for external marketing and communications.
Ensure that the Managing Board and Country Directors receive legal advice on risks and opportunities concerning corporate legal issues, including registration and tax issues, in the countries company operates in
Develop engagement plan for plant’s local community relations, including municipalities, relevant local statutory, regulatory and enforcement authorities
Ensure corporate compliance processes and externally demanded organisational assessments are carried out in a timely manner
Requirements
A seasoned professional with a master’s degree in a relevant discipline such as public management, MBA, communications, or international development.
Proven track record with over 12 years in Corporate Affairs leadership positions of which at least 7 years in managing professional teams in a culturally diverse, international setting.
Clear communicator with excellent writing skills. Fluent in English is a must.
Energetic, highly motivated, with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success
Experience in project organisations with multiple financing sources is desirable
