The Role
Take lead corporate responsibility for the implementation of the Organisational Development Strategy and drive effective leadership of organisational change across the business

Description
Ability to understand the company’s strategy and business processes as well as market trends, and to apply this understanding to organization’s business priorities and the Corporate Affairs agenda
Use working relationships with clients, government officials and media representatives to develop new business opportunities
Build a high-performing Corporate Affairs team, future-fit, with the capability to deliver the CA plan in support of the business strategy
Ensure that the Managing Board and Country Directors receive legal advice on risks and opportunities concerning corporate legal issues, including registration and tax issues
Supervise the internal audit function to assure the effective operating of governance, policy and internal control processes
Ensure corporate compliance processes and externally demanded organisational assessments are carried out in a timely manner
Requirements
A seasoned professional with a master’s degree in a relevant discipline such as public management, MBA, communications, or international development
More than 10 years of working experience in Corporate Affairs leadership positions
Fluent English is required
Energetic, highly motivated, with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success
A strong, insightful, and influential leader who can drive processes in a decentralised, matrix environment
