The Role
This role involves the preparation of group financial statements, conducting financial analysis, and overseeing the management of the company's working capital through budgetary and variance analysis. Additionally, the role will contribute to investment decisions, financing strategies, and risk management.

Description
Manage and Perform the Group’s Financial Statements.
Plan and Conduct to Financial Analysis Report for Group (All Enterprises).
Perform to Investment Decision, Financing Decision and Risk Management and Report to Chairman and Top Management.
Have a strong understanding of fiscal policy and investment regulations.
Develop and deal external relationships with investor, bankers and other organizations for financing and investment.
Requirements
B. Com, B. Act and ACCA Part (III), CPA, CIMA, MBA or MBF in related field.
Negotiation skills, and analytical skills.
In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations and industry legislation.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
5 years’ Experience in this position.
