About the Company

Our client is a well-known International Financial Services company which is a success in the insurance industry with an extensive international business network in various counties around the world


  • Maintain the control of business operations by developing and implementing strategies to build the business operations for various distribution channels nationwide

  • Measures effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally to find the ways to improve processes

  • Develop the relationship with internal, external stakeholders, partners, and customers of the organisation and work with them to ensure the processes are well designed and optimized

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to their needs


  • At least 5 years of working experience, in which 3 years in management experience and a proven successful track record in various areas

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Statistics, Data Sciences or other related fields

  • Must have customer-centricity mindsets, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage the multiple projects

  • Strong proficiency in technical skills with Excel, PowerPoint and Words

  • Creating experience in workflow diagrams must be a plus

  • Good command in spoken and written communication skills including giving presentations in both Burmese and English
