Responsible for the development and maintenance of strong business relationship of Operations Department with the strategic corporate partners and internal stakeholder
Up to 3,000,000 MMK plus other allowances

Description
Maintain closely business relationship with the corporate clients by constantly communicating Operations service-related matters with our corporate partners and internal stakeholders
Measure the effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes associated with the corporate partners, and continually finding ways to improve the processes
Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders, in particular the business partners and corporate customers
Follow through diligently all issues raised by the corporate clients with all parties concerned, until their resolution or logical conclusion
Engage closely with the corporate clients in identifying and driving service improvement initiatives to create competitive and seamless operational processes, quality team support, and prompt issue resolution mechanism
Requirements
At least 5 years of working experience, in which 3 years in management experience and a proven successful track record in Key Account Management, Relationship Management in financial sectors or other related fields
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, statistics, data sciences or other related fields
Must have a customer-centricity mindsets, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage the multiple projects
Strong proficiency in technical skills with Excel, Power Point and Words
Good command in spoken and written communication skills including giving presentation in both Burmese and English
