  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of strong business relationship of Operations Department with the strategic corporate partners and internal stakeholder

  • Up to 3,000,000 MMK plus other allowances

Our client is a well-known International Financial Services company which is successful in the insurance industry with an extensive international business network in various counties around the world

Description

  • Maintain closely business relationship with the corporate clients by constantly communicating Operations service-related matters with our corporate partners and internal stakeholders

  • Measure the effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes associated with the corporate partners, and continually finding ways to improve the processes

  • Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders, in particular the business partners and corporate customers

  • Follow through diligently all issues raised by the corporate clients with all parties concerned, until their resolution or logical conclusion

  • Engage closely with the corporate clients in identifying and driving service improvement initiatives to create competitive and seamless operational processes, quality team support, and prompt issue resolution mechanism

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of working experience, in which 3 years in management experience and a proven successful track record in Key Account Management, Relationship Management in financial sectors or other related fields

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, statistics, data sciences or other related fields

  • Must have a customer-centricity mindsets, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage the multiple projects

  • Strong proficiency in technical skills with Excel, Power Point and Words

  • Good command in spoken and written communication skills including giving presentation in both Burmese and English
