Description
Develop and implement the effective sales strategies and targets for team
Consult and provide the relevant insurance products that can ensure to meet the customer needs with satisfaction
Conducting the group Proposal and Quotation preparation
Prepare and manage the enrollment procedure in accordance with the customer requirements and company preferences
Briefing and presenting the insurance products to both local and foreign corporate customers
Build and maintain the strong relationships with clients, corporate customers, and also individuals
Encourage weekly and monthly performance for team members
Calculate and manage annual, also monthly sales report in accordance with the annual premiumAnalyze the customer lists to ensure accurate sales data and follow up the renewal customers 10 Prepare and translate the documents and presentation as necessary
Liaise with other internal departments (like underwriting, claims, finance, etc..) as necessary
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of B2B or corporate sales experience, preferably in financial services, insurance, or banking
Business or Advanced in Japanese (JLPT N1 or N2); strong command of English and Burmese is a plus
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Understanding of Japanese business culture and decision-making processes
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
