Country Manager at a Newly Formed International ICT Product Distribution Company in Yangon
Responsible to develop and manage the growth of the Myanmar market through channel partner management

The Role
This is an ideal role for an individual who has strong hands-on experience handling Enterprise IT products and strong channel partners relationship in the market

Our client is a growing enterprise IT product and solution provider with HQ in Sydney, Australia. They are established solely to strengthen the distribution network of major IT vendors/OEMs in the APAC region with a particular focus on South Asia and Southeast Asian Countries offering complete IT stack hardware, software, networking, and storage solutions, including on-premises, cloud, and hybrid cloud
Description
Leads sales forecasting, strategic planning, and budgeting processes used within the organization
Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the planning efforts
Works to ensure all sales objectives are assigned in a timely fashion
Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement
Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement
Assist sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
Facilitates continuous process improvement
Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales and financial reports, and other intelligence essentials
Provides input to senior leadership in the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
Create and communicate sales goals and ensure C-level executives are informed on the progress of those goals
Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs
Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes
Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals
Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets
Directs and supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives
Monitors the changing competitive landscape and determines potential implications for customer environments
Requirements
Minimum bachelor’s degree in business or a related field from a reputed university
Minimum 4 – 6 years of working experience in handling Enterprise IT products (Service, Storage, Security) and at least 3 years of management experience
Having certifications/credentials related to HP products or other similar products would be highly appreciated
Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills in Burmese and in English
Able to work independently and strong channel partnership management
