Country Representative at a Globally Leading Engineering Software Company in Yangon
Responsible for driving sales through partner’s channel
Up to 3,500,000 MMK + Competitive Incentive + Allowances

Our Client MNC conglomerate and has the largest industrial manufacturing in Europe country and has diverse products portfolio offering to the industrial customers worldwide.
The Role
Forecast and manage direct and indirect sales
Lead and manage channel partners to ensure sales quota achievement
Work with marketing and partners to drive mainstream online subscription business model
Support major account reps on key strategic direct sales deals for mainstream products
Create program and initiatives to lead the country channel partners to enter into key markets
Recruit new channel partners and enable them with the help of technical team
Ensure channel partner and customer awareness and understanding of applicable product elements
Drive policy matters and compliance with partners/users
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of direct or indirect engineering sales experience with a proven track of sales record
Experience in CAD/CAM market is highly preferred.
Strong communication, relationship building, selling and negotiation skills
Have a proven track record of negotiating with senior business decision makers
Self-motivated, driving results, resilient and work independently
Excellence English Communication Skills
Travelling is required and ability to travel within a short notice is a must
