Country Sales Manager at a Growing Dynamic Fertilizer Distribution Company in Yangon
Responsible to manage and develop the overall commercial activities of the compound fertilizer product for the Myanmar Market
Up to 3,000,000 MMK per month

The ideal candidate for this role would have a proven track record as a sales manager or in a similar role within the fertilizer distribution or agricultural industry. They should possess in-depth knowledge of the local agricultural market, including key players, distribution channels, and customer needs. Strong leadership and people management skills, along with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, would be essential for effectively driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships

Description
Develop and implement effective sales strategies, business plans, and marketing campaigns to drive sales growth and market share in the fertilizer distribution industry
Lead and manage the sales team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluation, to ensure high performance and productivity
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and agricultural organizations
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition and identify areas for product development and improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of products and services to customers
Analyse sales data, prepare sales forecasts and generate reports to track performance and propose corrective actions
Requirements
Graduated from Yezin Agriculture or similar
Minimum 5 – 8 years of working experience handling fertilizers or crop protection products on a nationwide scale
Proven experience as a sales manager experience handling nationwide sales or in a similar role within the fertilizer distribution or agricultural industry
In-depth knowledge of the local agricultural market, including key players, distribution channels, and customer needs
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
