Customer Service Executive at a Global Construction Chemicals Manufacturing Company in Yangon
Responsible for Customer Service, Sales Administration, Logistics support
Salary up to 900,000 MMK plus competitive benefits and allowance
The Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales administration, customer service, operations, and logistics support. Someone who is proactive, with ownership mindset and strong presentation style would be another key requirement for this position
About the Company
Our client is a global construction chemical manufacturing company in Yangon. They are well known for protective and marine coating paint in the market
Description
Execute, coordinate, perform customers’ orders, delivery flow, customers’ invoicing, working close with Operations department, Finance, Logistics, and production department
Follow up and handle Customers’ compliant, inquiries, to ensure customer’s satisfaction
Creating, verify, review prices in system to match with customers’ order specification and raising requests for return notes and credit notes when required
Follow up orders and changes in delivery date to achieve correct backlog and OTIF
Reporting line
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, prefer from service industries such as Hotels, Airline, Property services, etc.
Bachelor’s degree holder
Fluent English is mandatory
Skill and Unique requirement: someone who is proactive, customer centric and ownership mindset
