Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling and delivery of customer orders
Issue invoices accurately and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Respond to customer questions and concerns across various channels, aiming to resolve issues efficiently and professionally
Tack and manage returns, complaints, and order discrepancies to maintain customer satisfaction and operational accuracy
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in a customer
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
A service-oriented mindset with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
