Customer Service Executive at Asia’s Leading Transport and Logistics Service Company in Yangon
Responsible for Import / Export process, Documentation, Customer Service
Up to 1,000,000 MMK plus benefits and allowances
The Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible to handle the entire import/export process while supporting the requirements of the relevant teams. Report to Logistics / Supply Chain Manager

Description
Manage the entire import/export process, ensuring timely completion and adherence to customer requirements
Review shipping documents, identify missing points, and provide guidance to customers to resolve any issues
Collaborate with different departments such as booking, customs clearance, operations, and accounts to ensure smooth workflow and timely job completion
Handle customer complaints effectively, addressing their concerns and meeting deadlines for customer requirements
Monitor and track shipments, providing timely reports on their progress
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of working experience within a Logistics background, preferably from Custom Clearance experience, Freight or Cross Border services
Bachelor’s degree holder, with a preference for a Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or Shipping Management
Mandatory Business English level
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and email, along with Myanmar/English font typing skills
Unique requirement: Stationed in Thilawa SEZ and someone who can work with Industrial Zone
